Chic Plus Size Lounge Wear Sets for the Season
Who doesn’t love lounge wear? Specifically plus size loungewear sets? I sure do. Since I’ve been working from home pretty much full time these past few months, lounge wear has become standard. Luckily for many of us, there are some GREAT options out there for those of us who want to be cute and cozy. Camo is a staple, it’s a year-round print that everyone can wear. It’s one of OUR favourite trends because it’s basically just three neutrals rolled into one (haha). We also love how camo print can camoflauge (well, duh) some areas you might not be so excited to show, like a lower tummy or arms. Camo lounge wear has made it’s way to some our favourite sites, both Target and Walmart have a really good selection right now (don’t worry, we linked a few for you!).
Plus Size Lounge Wear Trend #2: Rib Knit
We love ribbed/rib knit fabric. Ribbed pieces look amazing on curves and the stretch factor is very forgiving and perfect for lounging around the house. We’ve been seeing ribbed lounge wear pieces everywhere. Ribbed dresses, ribbed sets, ribbed skirts. Ribbed pieces are chic, easy to wear and most of all, super comfortable. Everything a good lounge wear piece should be.
Plus Size Lounge Wear Trend #3: Athleisure
Plus size athleisure isn’t going anywhere! It just isn’t, girl, ok? LOL. We all love looking like we regularly go to yoga or spin classes (I do NOT) and over the years the options in athleisure have become more chic and more inclusive. I regularly hit up sites like Boohoo and PrettyLittleThing for plus size athleisure that is affordable trendy and can be worn both inside and outside. Leggings, hoodies, sports bras – chances are, we can all recreate chic athleisure looks in plus sizes.
